Review links

A review link is a shareable, hosted review of any URL. Clients open it and pin comments directly on the work — no account needed. It's the fastest way to get feedback on a staging site or a deployed page.

Create one

From a project's Share screen, create a review link with:

  • the target URL to review, and
  • a version label (e.g. "v1 · Draft") that tags the feedback collected through it.

Share the generated link with your client. Each comment they leave captures a screenshot, the URL, viewport, and browser, and lands on your project board.

Access settings

Tighten who can open a link and what they can do:

  • Require email — ask reviewers to identify themselves before commenting.
  • Password — gate the link behind a shared password.
  • Expiry — automatically stop the link working after a date.
  • Attachments — allow or disallow file uploads on comments.

An expired or revoked link stops resolving immediately.

Manage

You can list a project's review links and revoke any of them. Revoking also disables an embed widget using that link's token.

Versions

Because each link carries a version label, you can share successive versions for review and keep a clean history of what feedback belonged to which version — which feeds into approvals and sign-off.
