Approving & signing off

When the work is ready, Feedbacks gives you a clean way to say "yes, this is good to ship" — and keeps a dated record of it.

Reviewing a version

The team shares work as versions (e.g. v1, v2). Each version is a snapshot you can review on its own, with its own feedback. As issues get resolved, the team moves the version forward for another look.

Signing off

When a version meets your expectations, you approve it. Your sign-off is recorded with your name and the date, so there's a clear history of who approved what, and when — useful for everyone later.

If a version isn't ready, you don't approve it — leave the remaining feedback as pinned comments and the team will address them and share the next version.

Why it helps

  • No ambiguity about whether something was signed off.
  • A paper trail you and the team can both point back to.
  • Approvals are per-version, so later changes get their own explicit sign-off rather than riding on an old approval.
