Leaving feedback
Feedbacks lets you point at exactly what you mean — right on the work — instead of writing "the button on the third section, on mobile, I think?" in an email. You don't need an account.
Pin a comment
- Open the review link you were sent (or the site with commenting enabled).
- Click the spot you want to comment on — a pin drops there.
- Type your note and submit.
That's it. Your comment is attached to that exact place on the page.
What gets captured for you
Every comment automatically records:
- a screenshot of what you were looking at,
- the page URL,
- your screen size (viewport), and
- your browser.
So the team sees precisely what you saw — no need to describe your setup or attach a screenshot yourself.
Tips for great feedback
- One issue per pin. Separate notes are easier to track and resolve than one long comment.
- Be specific about the change you want, not just the problem — "make this heading bigger" beats "this looks off".
- Attach a file if it helps (when the link allows it) — a reference image, a PDF, a logo.
What happens next
Each comment becomes a tracked task for the team. You'll see it move through statuses, and you can reply and follow along as it gets resolved.
