Replies & following along

Feedback is a conversation, not a one-way drop. Every pin you leave is a thread you can keep talking on.

Reply to a thread

Open any comment and add a reply to:

  • answer a question the team asked,
  • clarify what you meant,
  • confirm a fix looks right, or
  • push back if something was closed too early.

Your replies stay attached to the original pin, so the whole history of a single issue lives in one place — screenshot, context, and conversation together.

Staying in the loop

  • The team is notified when you reply, so you'll get a response on the same thread.
  • When the team replies or resolves an item, you'll be notified too (by email, depending on the link's settings).
  • Each comment's status shows you where it stands at a glance.

You don't need to chase anything over email — the thread is the single source of truth for that piece of feedback.
