Getting started
Feedbacks turns client comments into tracked work. Clients pin notes directly on a live site or a hosted review; each note captures a screenshot, URL, viewport, and browser, then becomes a task your team can triage, assign, reply to, and sign off.
The core concepts
- Workspace — your team's tenant. Everything (projects, members, feedback, billing) belongs to one workspace, and you can belong to several.
- Project — a thing you're collecting feedback on. A workspace can have many.
- Review link — a shareable, hosted review of a URL. Clients open it and pin comments without an account. See Review links.
- Embed widget — the same in-context commenting, dropped onto your own site. See Embed widget.
- Feedback — a pinned comment, tracked through statuses with replies, priority, assignee, and version history.
Roles
Members hold one of four roles, which gate what they can do:
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including workspace settings, billing, and members. |
| Editor | Read and write projects, manage feedback. |
| Reviewer | Read projects and comment on feedback. |
| Viewer | Read-only. |
